This black silk scarf is made from 100% silk twill. Twill has a better grip on styling and does not slip as easily as silk satin. The motif and print are taken from an original painting by Therese Enger.

"Surrounded by Norwegian nature, I create abstract paintings where I express my impressions from nature. We often see changes in colors and tones over the course of a day, a week or a month, and in my paintings I use mixed materials such as spray, ink, pastel , charcoal, acrylic and tempera, which give a natural and soft expression.I often layer upon layer to activate the tactile sense, and therefore I also use my hands directly in the paint and on the surface to make the process an important part of the painting .
